Ticketly AI is a Danish-built, privacy-first assistant for Discord support teams.
What Ticketly AI does
- DM Assistant. Users ask questions in DMs; the bot answers from your configured knowledge and live chat sources.
- Smart Ticketing. If staff help is needed, a ticket is created with a clean summary and context.
- Per-Guild Controls. Language, tone, categories, and embed design are editable in the dashboard.
- Live Knowledge Feed. (Opt-in) Continuously ingests selected channels you choose, so answers stay current.
- Analytics. High-level metrics for activity, response time, and license status.
Terms of Service
Service
Ticketly AI provides AI-assisted support for Discord servers (DM assistant, ticket creation, knowledge, and per-guild configuration).
Eligibility
You must own or manage the Discord server you connect and comply with Discord’s Terms and community guidelines.
Subscriptions & Billing
- Plans: Standard (7 €/mo) and Custom (12 €/mo).
- Payments are processed by Stripe; Ticketly AI never stores card details.
- No refunds. Cancel anytime via the dashboard/Stripe portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Acceptable Use
- No unlawful content or harassment/abuse.
- No scraping, rate-limit bypasses, or license circumvention.
- No sending of sensitive personal data to the bot keep inputs appropriate for support tasks.
Data
We store the minimum data to run the service, such as Discord IDs, license status, per-guild settings, and where available via Discord OAuth’s “email” scope the email address associated with your Discord profile. Emails are used only for account and operational communications (e.g., security notices, billing/receipts, critical service updates) and are not used for marketing without your consent. Availability
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced when possible.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or Discord policies.

Sources of data
- Discord OAuth/Events. When you sign in or connect a guild (ID, username, avatar, and email if you authorize the “email” scope).
- Your dashboard inputs. Settings, categories, knowledge sources you add.
- Stripe. Subscription lifecycle events for billing status.
How we use data
- Authenticate users and authorize access to guild dashboards.
- Run AI DMs, tickets, and summaries according to your configuration.
- Process subscriptions and show license state.
- Send essential account/operational communications to the Discord-linked email when available.
- Ensure reliability and security (rate limiting, abuse detection).
Sharing & processors
- Stripe for payments (we never store card data).
- Hosting providers to run the application.
- We do not sell personal data. Processors only act under our instructions.
Security
- Least-privilege access, isolated per-guild data, audit controls.
- Transport encryption (HTTPS). Secrets stored out of source control.
- Text-only AI calls; no file/attachment uploads to AI by default.
Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Non-essential analytics, if enabled, are anonymized/aggregated where practical and never used for ad targeting.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy or Terms of Service for legal or operational reasons. Material changes will be announced via email/Discord. The “Effective date” will be updated accordingly.
